joann's is having a 50% off sale until wednesday so i bought myself this. with my newly found ball winder (it was in a box in storage) i'm good to go.
also, i've been selling some stuff on ebay. two items didn't sell -- a cross stitch booklet and a crochet booklet. if you want either or both just drop me a comment and they're yours.

THANKS for mentioning that Joann's coupon. I hopped on over & picked up a ball winder for $25.00. Finally! Doug's going to make me a swift - the fact that I'm getting the winder might light a fire under him to get it done. :::Grin:::
