OK I'm Ready
here's proof that i'm poised, practically perched in a michael phelps' seconds before the 100m freestyle practically jumping off of the starting block in anticipation sort of way, to start my fuzzy feet.
1. yarn -- check .... (i had the red laying around and bought the blue skein since i may not have enough of 1 skein -- it wasn't until i got the blue home that it occurred to me that a red/blue combo although classic, is also a little boring. oh well. and i hate the new label.)
2. size 10.5 double points -- check
3. fuzzy feet pattern printed and slid into a protective plastic cover -- check
4. coffee -- check

love your work. you are one craZy lady! Love it! I bought a ton of Lion Brand Fettucine at a close out...have you ever used it? and for what? I did a google for LBF and came up with you.

I know there are a lot of label haters out there, but I don't get it. I like them, but I am fond of all things shiny. Stacey said that when she did the BS tour that someone hand glued every single one of the old labels, so it makes me feel better that these are probably done by machine.
And they vaguely remind me of a mattress. I don't know why.

On your mark...
Make up interesting stripes as you go, don't make them too regular and that'll keep it interesting.

You realize that now you are committed.

Oh yeah. I always know that I'm serious about a pattern when it gets its own sheet protector.

those are the same colors of the fuzzy feet i just finished! make lots of stripes to keep it interesting. i only did a few, but if you had different stripe patterns on each foot it would probably add a bit of interest.

I hate the label too. Enough that I was looking at the picture not at all thinking about the fuzzy feet but thinking about how tacky the new label looks. Which made me feel a tad bit vapid until you said something. Jesus I can babble.

Fun! The pattern is easy to follow and knits up very quickly. I love how huge the resulting slippers are pre-felting - you could easily use them as odd hats.
