Random Sunday

1.  i was supposed to do some jar-dyeing today but i got there too late and they'd already started and finished.  but that's ok, because i got to sit and knit and chat and relax.  and it's exactly what i needed.   

2.  i baked up some chicken wings for dinner tonight.  i love chicken wings. 

3.  i didn't take any pictures today.  i know.  i'm lame.

4.  i have a teeny tiny tomato.  but no picture.

5.  and i have at least 4 bunnies living in my yard.  again, no picture.

6.  they're too busy eating my dandelions to have discovered my lettuce, my herbs or my tomatoes.  i'm praying it stays that way.  we have a lot of dandelions.

7.  i went to the movies by myself friday afternoon and saw Sex in the City.  i forgot how much i enjoy going to the movies by myself.  and i really liked Sex in the City which surprised me because i wasn't expecting to.  one thing that annoyed me though is that miranda's wardrobe seemed way too sophisticated for her look.  the other actresses looked comfortable in their clothes, no matter how kooky the look, but the actress who plays miranda looked like she was playing dress up. 

8.  my baby niece still hates me, but a little less than she used to.  she sat on my lap for a bit, while i showed her how to pop bubble wrap.
