What I Did on My Summer Vacation: Tuesday

so what did i do today?

1.  i actually changed out of my pajamas, although i did not shower. 
2.  i watered my lettuce and herbs and tomatoes both this morning and this evening.  (by the way, when is it ok to "harvest" my mesclun mix lettuce? i don't even know what it's supposed to look like!  isn't that pathetic?)
3.  i watered my orchid. 
4.  i cleaned the cat box.  eww.
5.  i went to the mail box and picked up the mail.  including 2 firefly DVDs.  kellee loves this show so much i think she would marry it.  so i had to add it to my netflix queue.
6.  i watched the first two episodes of firefly.  so far i'm enjoying it.  although i'm not yet in love. 
7.  i tried out some jar dyeing and will post about the results another day.  the jars are still cooling and the camera battery is charging.
8.  i paid bills.  eww.
9.  i worked on section 8 of babette.
