WTF Wednesday

yeah so that's what the mini looks like (thankfully not my mini WHICH IS STILL IN THE SHOP BY THE WAY!!).  the grill shouldn't look like it's cracking a smile.   

i wanted to thank you all for the encouragement and the kind words.  this whole experience has been eye opening in a way that i can't really explain without getting a little navel gazy but let's just say that i need to learn to cut myself a break now and again.  everyone fucks up and whereas i would have been just as understanding to someone else as you were to me, i spent the past 24 hours beating myself up.

anyway, dealing with my insurance company and the dealership couldn't have been easier.  no one yelled at me. (well j did, but i yelled at him right back).  no one called me stupid or rolled their eyes or copped an attitude.  it was all very civil and even pleasant and took virtually no time.  and by 10am i had everything squared away with other people handling all of the paperwork. 

so that's that.  thanks again.  especially for reminding me that it's ok for me to be human.
